IDO European HipHop & Boggie Championships 2023

Dear IDO fiends and colleagues , we are honored to welcome you to the IDO European HipHop & Boggie Championships 2023.
Boris Trajkovski Sports Center is the largest and most visited multifunctional sports center in the Republic of Macedonia, which offers a number of services. It has a large and small hall. The big hall (Sports Arena) has a capacity of 7500 visitors and is made according to the standards for playing all basketball and handball matches. The most important competitions are held here, as well as many other cultural and entertainment events.
It is our pleasure to host this event for you and make your stay in Skopje as comfortable as possible. The organizers team are at your disposal 24/7 prior and during the event. Please do not hesitate to contact us if needed.

DANCE FLOOR
There are two dance floors for all solo, duo and small group competitions. There is one dancefloor for formations and production.

START TIME
Please make sure all dancers are ready and in full costume at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start. The given times are approximate and subject to change. The hosts will call participants only once!

CERTIFICATE
Every contestant will get a certificate including the ranking approximately within 90 minutes after elimination. Please see staff members at the check-in counter in the entrance hall of the venue. Certificates are the official proof of ranking (Finalists will get the certificates at the winner’s ceremony) and given only to the Team-Captains.

LANGUAGE
The official IDO language is English. Therefore, the whole competition will be hosted in the English language. This includes all communication or any written information.

FOOD
There will be food and beverages in front of the hall where you can eat and drink. after or during the competition you can visit our partner restaurants in EAST GATE MALL WHERE YOU CAN EAT WITH SPECIAL DISCOUNTS.

BACKSTAGE AND FLOOR AREA
For security reasons, only dancers, backstage pass holders and press will have access to backstage AND FLOOR areas.

ACCESS
Please make sure team members are wearing the wristband at all times. Access to the venue without a wristband will not be granted. In case of removal or loss, team members will have to buy a ticket at the ticket counter at their own expense

WINNER CEREMONY
The price giving ceremony will take place after the finals. All finalists will be honored with a medal and 3rd to 1st place with a trophy.
